Favorites and Recents.

It’s Friday night, so of course we’re pushing a new release. It brings two new lists to the top of the sidebar, above your library.

Favorites

Star the sheets you come back to. Right-click a sheet and choose Favorite, or click the star at the top of Sheet Info (⌘4), and it turns gold. Favorites lists every starred sheet, whatever group it’s in, and a starred sheet has a small gold star before its title in every list.

Your sheets stay in their groups. The star is kept in your library folder’s own list, never in the sheet’s file, and it follows the sheet when you rename or move it in Writy.

Recents

Recents lists the ten sheets you edited last, newest first, from anywhere in your library. It keeps no secrets: it knows exactly what you were writing at eleven on a Friday night.

Have a good weekend. We’ll be keeping an eye on the release.
